Can you support us?

Do you have any items you can donate to us for raffle prizes, tombolas, market stalls or car boot sales?  Can you spare any cat food, bedding, or toys?

Donations of any goods would be very gratefully received - we can arrange to collect.

Please consider making a donation - any amount no matter how small will help us to look after the cats we have in care.

When contacting us please bear in mind that we're all volunteers and cat rescue has to fit around jobs and families, so at times there may be a small delay in responding.

June Scotting and Jane Greenwood founded Cat Welfare 16 years ago, recognising there were many cats and kittens in Wisbech and the surrounding areas needing help.
Since then we have gone on to rescue and rehome many hundreds of unwanted and stray cats and kittens. Our mission is to rescue and care for them until suitable new homes are found. Our aim is to have all the cats and kittens treated for fleas and worms, neutered, microchipped and given any other medication or treatment they may need. We never have a cat or kitten put to sleep unless a vet considers it to be in the cat's best interest to do so.
Tragically in December 2011, on her way to running a charity stall to raise money for the charity she loved, June died in a road accident.  She was such an inspiration to everyone, she worked tirelessly to raise money for Cat Welfare, and we carry on with her spirit very much in mind.
